My team, Scarlet Birds Consulting, followed the system analysis and design process to provide Karoline Gardner, owner of Sweet Karoline's Cakes, with an Elaboration Spec that details a proposal of an eCommerce website and system for her bakery.
My team and I, while students at the College of Business at the University of Louisville, were tasked with examining and developing solutions to the “brain drain” in Louisville. The following report is our analysis of the problem and our proposed solution. We chose to research this problem because the manufacturing industry is essential to our city’s economic growth. The assignment is a test of our ability to write professionally, with clear and concise evidence-driven work to persuade our readers of the seriousness of the problem and to consider our solution.
